One of the premier comic talents of the past 30 years, Martin Short’s memorable comic creations have earned him Emmy and Tony Awards. Best-known for stints on SCTV and Saturday Night Live, Short’s most famous characters include Ed Grimley and Jiminy Glick, while his synchronized-swimming sketch (with Harry Shearer) is routinely listed as one of SNL’s funniest ever. He’s also a proven scene-stealer in films, such as the Father of the Bride series.
