In Person
The Fine Arts Ticket Office is located within the lobby of the Fine Arts Building at 540 West Call Street on the campus of Florida State University.

Box office hours are 11 a.m. – 4p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

When do tickets go on sale?

  • Tickets for the 2012 season go on sale to Seven Days members as follows:
  • Producer's Circle September 23 (Friday) – 26 (Monday)
  • Partner September 27 (Tuesday) – 30 (Friday)
  • Friends October 1 (Saturday) – 4 (Tuesday)
  • Associate October 5 (Wednesday) – 8 (Saturday)
  • Debut October 9 (Sunday) – 12 (Wednesday)

Tickets for the 2012 Seven Days festival go on sale to the general public on October 13.

When do doors open?

Theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to a performance. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before a performance begins.

What if I arrive late to a performance?

Latecomers to events will be seated at the discretion of the house manager or ushers and in accordance with artists’ preferences at a suitable break in the performance.

What if I’ve lost my tickets?

Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted. Contact the Fine Arts ticket office for more information http://tickets.fsu.edu/

Can I refund my tickets?

Seven Days of Opening Nights does not issue refunds for tickets.

Can I bring my children?

Seven Days of Opening Nights offers many events enjoyable for audiences of all ages. Children must have a ticket regardless of age and must be able to sit quietly throughout a performance. Children (and adults) who cause any disturbance will be asked to leave.

Where do I park?

Sponsors and high-level member receive parking passes and separate notification of parking facilities.

General parking is available at the Fine Arts Parking Garage at the Corner of Call and Macomb Streets, and in the Diffenbaugh Lot at the corner of Jefferson and Copeland Streets.

We strongly recommend using the City’s free Seven Days Trolley service out of Kleman Plaza. Speaking of which…

What about the Seven Days of Opening Nights Trolley?

For those who do not have VIP parking passes, we highly recommend using the City of Tallahassee’s free Seven Days trolley, which departs from Kleman Plaza to Ruby Diamond on a continuous basis from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m., and then after the performance until everyone is returned. Parking at Kleman Plaza is free with the presentation of your Seven Days ticket stub.
